Our Service Engineers are technically qualified factory-trained personnel. We are in the information age where our lives are increasingly wired and connected. Many services, updates, and even immediate repairs that previously required on-site visits can now be performed remotely further increasing the precious uptime of the equipment.
Mediso Pacific also offers service enhancements such as technology upgrades to keep hardware and software up to date to further improve system performance and to prolong the lifecycle of the equipment. To decrease the financial burden, we offer the possibility to bundle the upgrades with lengthened service contract.
